ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНЫЕ И СОЦИАЛЬНЫЕ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ ДЕТЕЙ С АТОПИЧЕСКИМ ДЕРМАТИТОМ

В статье проведено исследование по оценке эмоционального и социального воздействия артериального давления на матерей детей с этим заболеванием. Проведено 23 интервью с матерями детей с диагнозом АД. В 82,6% случаев конфликты возникали при первом контакте матерей с заболеванием. В 43,5% случаев ответственность за лечение своих детей несли матери. Около 56,6% воспринимали АД как причину страданий и трудностей, а 21,7% воспринимали АД как опыт обучения. Установлено, что артериальное давление является хроническим заболеванием, влияющим на психологическую и социальную жизнь матерей. При лечении АД матери должны проходить обследование и оказывать психологическую поддержку, чтобы улучшить долгосрочную приверженность лечению.
